The 3M PELTOR X4 Headband Ear Defenders provide reliable hearing protection against moderate to high noise levels, reducing noise up to 33dB. Colour-coded bright green, these earmuffs make it simple to identify the correct level of protection required within the X series range.

Designed with a specially developed spacer and advanced ear cushion technology, the X4 improves noise reduction without the excess bulk and weight commonly found in protective equipment. This results in a lightweight and streamlined design compared to other high attenuating earmuffs. The innovative sealing ring and wide, soft ear cushions offer excellent protection against low frequencies while ensuring outstanding comfort over extended wear.

The electrically insulated, twin headband design helps reduce heat build-up on top of the head. Constructed with internal stainless steel wire coated in plastic, the wide flat headband is robust and provides stable, consistent pressure for a comfortable fit over an 8-hour shift. Furthermore, the headband is electrically resistant, or 'dielectric', making it suitable for specific workplace environments.

Engineered to optimise weight distribution and balance, these ear defenders feature rigid, high-strength, impact-resistant ABS plastic cups. Additionally, the soft Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) outer cup coating protects against abrasion and bumps, ensuring long-lasting durability in demanding industrial settings.
