The ATMEL 8-Bit 8051 Microcontroller is a low-voltage, high-performance CMOS microcontroller featuring 4kB of flash programmable and erasable read-only memory. Manufactured using ATMEL's high-density non-volatile memory technology, this device is fully compatible with the industry-standard MCS-51 instruction set.
