Control Station, 2 Button, Alarm & Emergency Stop

The BERNSTEIN Control Station is a robust and versatile 2-button unit designed for critical industrial applications requiring immediate operator intervention. Its double-row configuration features a prominent emergency stop button paired with an alarm button, providing clear, intuitive control in high-stakes environments. The unit is built with a durable, insulated housing that ensures reliable performance and operator safety, even in demanding conditions.

Engineered for flexibility, the station is supplied with a 1NO contact for the alarm button and a 1NC contact for the emergency stop. It allows for extensive customisation, as a combination of up to three NO/NC contacts can be fitted to each individual button. Furthermore, 2 and 3 speed contact blocks can be integrated to suit specific control sequence requirements. The paired buttons are mechanically interlocked, preventing accidental or conflicting actuations and enhancing operational safety.

Rated for 16A contacts, this control station is capable of handling significant electrical loads. For ease of installation and durability, a steel suspension hanger and cable strain relief are included as standard, providing secure mounting and protecting cable connections from pull-out damage. The entire assembly is sealed to IP65, making it resistant to dust and low-pressure water jets, ideal for use in workshops, manufacturing lines, and other industrial settings where exposure is a concern.
