The CAL CONTROLS Temperature Controller with dual relay outputs provides precise and reliable temperature management for a wide range of applications. Featuring PID autotune, the controller automatically matches PID settings to the specific application, ensuring optimal performance without manual tuning. The bright LED 4-digit display is configurable to both Celsius and Fahrenheit, alongside engineering units with zero and span adjustments, while the dual-colour display clearly shows both the setpoint and the process variable.

Designed for versatility, this controller offers selectable inputs, supporting thermocouple types B, E, J, K, L, N, R, S, T, as well as RTD/PT100 and linear process inputs. It includes dual outputs comprising a 2A relay and a 1A relay, facilitating heat and cool operations. The ramp and soak functionality allows for controlled warm-up and timed temperature soaking, which is essential for complex processing requirements.

Connectivity is made simple with RS232 and RS485 communication options, enabling seamless integration with a PC or PLC. The unit is designed for sleeve mounting, allowing for easy servicing and straightforward fitting of communication boards.
