Challenge Brass Panel Pins 20mm, Clam Pack 60g
Challenge 20mm brass panel pins in a 60g clam pack. Ideal for fine woodworking, furniture, and discreet, corrosion-resistant fastening.
The Challenge Brass Panel Pins 20mm are a premium, traditional fastening solution ideal for fine woodworking and cabinetmaking. Supplied in a convenient and reusable 60g clam pack, these pins are designed for secure and discreet joinery where the appearance of the finished piece is paramount.
Crafted from high-quality brass, these panel pins offer excellent corrosion resistance, making them suitable for use in a variety of environments without risk of unsightly rust stains. The 20mm length provides a strong hold for attaching thin panels, mouldings, beadings, and delicate trim work to a solid backing. Their fine gauge and sharp point allow for easy, accurate placement with minimal risk of splitting the wood, ensuring a clean, professional finish every time.
The brass material is relatively soft, which means the pins can be easily set below the surface of the wood using a pin punch and then filled over, leaving an almost invisible fastening point. This makes them perfect for finishing work on furniture, picture frames, and decorative wooden items where you want the craftsmanship to shine, not the fixings. The clam pack packaging keeps the pins organised, protected from moisture, and easy to store, helping to prevent loss and ensuring you always have the right fastener to hand for your next project.
Whether you are a professional joiner, a hobbyist restorer, or a keen DIYer tackling a delicate task, these Challenge brass panel pins provide the reliability, quality, and aesthetic finish required for superior results.
