DEWALT DT40251 Diamond Disc for Metal, 115mm x 22.23mm
DEWALT diamond disc for metal cuts 30x longer than standard wheels. 115mm size, fits angle grinders, for steel/aluminium. Weight: 300g.
The DEWALT DT40251 Extreme Diamond Disc delivers exceptional durability and cutting performance for various metal applications. Built with diamond technology, this disc outlasts traditional bonded cut-off wheels by providing 1,000+ cuts—30 times longer lifespan. Ideal for both corded and cordless angle grinders, it ensures maximum efficiency with reduced downtime.
Designed for enhanced safety, the disc features a solid steel core that minimises breakage risks. Unlike conventional abrasives, it has no shelf life when stored correctly, eliminating material waste. The diamond cutting edge preserves the original wheel diameter throughout its lifespan, ensuring consistent performance from first to last cut.
Key benefits include:
- Reduced airborne dust for a cleaner workspace
- Versatile compatibility with steel, stainless steel, cast iron, rebar, aluminium, and non-ferrous metals
