The DFROBOT Gravity Non-contact Capacitive Flexible Liquid Level Sensor provides an innovative, non-invasive solution for monitoring liquid levels. It uses a flexible substrate with a light and thin design, allowing it to conform to various container surfaces. On the back, temperature-resistant and waterproof 3M adhesive tape is supplied, enabling easy attachment to the outside of any non-conductive container with a wall thickness of less than 5mm. This eliminates the need for drilling holes or direct contact with the liquid, making it ideal for sensitive or corrosive fluids.
The sensor outputs a simple digital high or low signal, with a low level indicating liquid detection and a high level indicating no liquid. It features a convenient 3-pin DuPont connector for straightforward integration with microcontrollers and development boards like Arduino.
