The DIODES INC. DMC2400UV-7 is a complementary pair enhancement mode MOSFET housed in a 6-pin SOT-563 package. This new generation transistor has been designed to minimise the on-state resistance (RDS(ON)) while maintaining superior switching performance, making it ideal for high-efficiency power management applications.
The device features a drain-source voltage of 20V for both N and P channels and a gate-source voltage of ±12V. It delivers a continuous drain current of 1.03A (N channel) and 700mA (P channel), with a pulsed drain current of 3A. The maximum body diode continuous current is 800mA.
Key characteristics include low on-resistance, a low gate threshold voltage (VGS(TH)) of less than 1V, low input capacitance, and fast switching speed with low input/output leakage. The total power dissipation is 0.45W, and the operating temperature range extends up to 150°C.
This MOSFET is suitable for a variety of applications including power management functions, battery-operated systems, solid-state relays, and load switching. Its compact SOT-563 package ensures a small footprint, making it excellent for space-constrained designs.
