The FMMT720 from DIODES INC. is a PNP silicon Low Saturation Transistor designed for high-efficiency switching and power management applications. Featuring tin-plated terminals and a UL94V-0 flame-rated moulded plastic case, this component ensures reliable performance and durability in demanding environments. The solderable terminals meet MIL-STD-202, method 208 standards, offering excellent solderability for secure connections.
As a green product and AEC-Q101 qualified, the FMMT720 meets stringent automotive and environmental standards, making it suitable for a wide range of applications, including automotive electronics and power management systems. It is also PPAP capable, ensuring it meets the rigorous quality requirements of automotive production.
This transistor offers a collector-emitter voltage of up to 40V and a continuous collector current of 1.5A, with a power dissipation of 625mW. It is housed in a compact SOT-23 surface-mount package with three pins, ideal for space-constrained designs. With a transition frequency of 190MHz and a minimum DC current gain of 475hFE, it delivers efficient performance.
The FMMT720 is the complement to the FMMT619, and its MSL 1 - Unlimited moisture sensitivity level allows for flexible handling during assembly.
