Featuring a matte tin annealed finish over a copper lead frame for excellent solderability and a UL94V-0 flammability-rated moulded plastic case, this rectifier is built for reliability in demanding industrial environments. Its advanced guard ring die construction provides superior transient protection, ensuring stable operation by minimising the risk of voltage spikes.

Engineered for minimal energy loss, this component delivers low power loss and high efficiency, critical for improving overall system performance. It boasts a low forward voltage drop of just 620mV, which significantly reduces heat generation and power dissipation.
