The ENOCEAN TCM 300/320 are in-system programmable transceiver modules designed to enable the realisation of highly efficient RF repeaters and transceivers for EnOcean 868 MHz and 315 MHz radio systems. These surface-mount modules are specifically engineered for use with an external antenna, offering versatile deployment options across various setups.
Powered by an integrated 16MHz 8051 CPU with 32KB FLASH and 2kB SRAM, these modules provide robust processing capabilities. Developers can write custom software for the module using the Dolphin API library, allowing for tailored solutions. The hardware includes up to 14 configurable I/Os, a 10bit ADC, and an 8bit DAC, ensuring flexible interfacing with peripheral components.
Energy efficiency is a standout feature, with various power down and sleep modes reducing current consumption down to just 0.2uA. During active operation, the supply current is 24mA within a supply voltage range of 2.6V to 4.5V.
