The EUROPA IP65 Steel Wall Mount Enclosure is a robust and versatile solution for housing and protecting sensitive electrical or electronic components in demanding environments. Constructed from high-quality sheet steel, it features a durable, textured finish coated with a standard cycle thermosetting epoxy polyester powder for excellent corrosion resistance and a long-lasting professional appearance in RAL7035 light grey.
When properly fitted and sealed, this enclosure achieves an IP65 rating (to EN 60529) and a NEMA 4 rating, making it dust-tight and protected against low-pressure water jets from any direction. This high level of ingress protection makes it suitable for a wide range of indoor and outdoor applications where exposure to dust, dirt, and moisture is a concern.
The enclosure is thoughtfully designed with a sturdy mounting plate made from galvanised zinc steel sheet for secure internal component installation. The body and door themselves are made from 1.2mm to 1.5mm sheet steel, offering a solid structure that protects against impact and unauthorised access.
