The Europa IP65 Steel Wall Mount Enclosure is engineered for the robust protection of electrical and electronic components in demanding industrial and commercial environments. Its sturdy construction features a body and door manufactured from 1.2mm to 1.5mm sheet steel, providing excellent resistance against impact and unauthorised access. A dedicated 2.0mm to 2.5mm steel gland plate offers secure cable entry points, while the internal mounting plate is crafted from galvanised zinc steel for added corrosion resistance.
This enclosure boasts a high IP65 ingress protection rating, certifying it as dust-tight and protected against low-pressure water jets from any direction, in accordance with EN 60529. It also carries a NEMA 4 rating, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications where exposure to windblown dust, rain, sleet, and hose-directed water is a concern. The exterior is finished in a textured RAL7035 light grey, coated with a durable, standard-cycle thermosetting epoxy polyester powder for long-lasting protection against weathering, chemicals, and UV degradation.
