Hultafors Hults Bruk Stålberg Carpenter's Axe, Hickory Handle, 800g Head
Premium carpenter's axe with hickory handle & Swedish steel head. Includes leather sheath—ready for woodworking & bushcraft.
The Hultafors Hults Bruk Stålberg Carpenter's Axe is crafted for precision and durability, meeting the demands of skilled craftsmen. Its unique finger notch in the axe head allows for a grip almost directly above the cutting edge, enhancing control and accuracy during use.
The American hickory handle is treated with linseed oil, ensuring long-lasting durability and a comfortable grip. The axe head is hand-forged from Swedish quality steel, hammered 40–60 times to increase density and strength. Featuring a Scandinavian grind with a straighter edge, this axe arrives sharpened, polished, and ready for use—complete with a protective leather sheath.
Named after Ernst Stålberg, one of Hults Bruk’s most experienced blacksmiths from the early 20th century, this axe combines tradition with exceptional craftsmanship.
