The Simply Servos Board from Kitronik allows you to control up to 8 servos simultaneously with a Raspberry Pi Pico, making it ideal for advanced robotics projects. The board is equipped with standard 3-pin connectors, so servos can be connected directly without the need for adaptors or soldering. It also features breakout pins to connect additional IO devices that can be read and controlled by the Pico.
Suitable for both standard and continuous rotation servos, the board provides five external connections to GPIO pins as well as a 3.3V GND supply. Power is supplied via a terminal block connection, and the board will power all servos while providing a regulated 3.3V supply to the Pico. An onboard power switch with LED indicator gives you simple control over the system.
Power connections are protected against reverse polarity, adding an extra layer of safety to your setup. A MicroPython module and sample code are available to help you get started quickly with your projects.
Note: The Raspberry Pi Pico shown in illustrations is not included. For direct connection, the Pico must have male headers soldered to it (pins pointing down). Due to the current draw of the Pico W wireless feature, it is not recommended to use wireless functionality with this board.
