Littelfuse 59025 Reed Sensor, 6mm, NO, 300mm Cable

The Littelfuse 59025 Reed Sensor is a compact, cylindrical sensor designed for reliable proximity sensing in industrial, appliance, and IoT applications. With a normally open (NO) contact and a hermetically sealed, IP67-rated construction, this sensor is ideal for wet or harsh environments where traditional sensors may fail. It offers a non-contact switching solution with no leakage current in the open state, making it perfect for battery-powered IoT devices.

The sensor can switch up to 265 VAC or 300 VDC at 10 VA and provides a maximum sensing range of 14mm (with a sensing distance of up to 11.5mm). It operates effectively through non-ferrous materials such as wood, plastic, or aluminium, allowing for versatile installation and concealment. The 300mm cable with tinned leads ensures easy and secure connections.

This reed sensor is compact (25.4mm length x 6.22mm diameter) and lightweight, enabling simple installation in space-constrained applications. It is designed to work optimally with the 57025 actuator (sold separately). The sensor operates in a wide temperature range from -40°C to 105°C, ensuring performance in demanding conditions.
