The MCP1541-I/TO is a low-power, high-precision voltage reference that delivers a precise output of 4.096V, designed for comparison with other voltages in electronic systems. It is particularly suitable for 3V to 5V applications where supply voltage variations are common and power dissipation must be minimised.
Combining advanced CMOS circuit design with EEPROM trimming, this device achieves an initial accuracy of 1% (maximum) and excellent temperature stability of 50ppm/°C (maximum). The device operates with a low maximum input current of 100µA at +25°C, making it ideal for battery-powered and energy-efficient designs.
