This device features a page write capability of up to 64 bytes of data and supports both random and sequential reads up to the 128k boundary. Functional address lines allow up to eight devices to operate on the same bus, expanding the address space up to 1Mb. Built with low-power CMOS technology, it ensures minimal power consumption with a typical write current of 3mA and a standby current of just 100nA.
