This memory device is organised as two blocks of 128 x 8-bit memory and communicates via a 2-wire serial interface (I²C compatible), supporting clock frequencies of 100kHz and 400kHz. The low-voltage design allows operation down to 1.7V, with maximum standby and active currents of only 1µA and 1mA respectively, ensuring energy-efficient performance.
The EEPROM offers a 16-byte page write buffer and a self-timed erase/write cycle, with a typical page write time of just 3ms. It also features low-power CMOS technology, Schmitt-trigger inputs for noise suppression, and output slope control to eliminate ground bounce. With more than 1 million erase/write cycles and over 200 years of data retention, this device delivers reliable, long-term data storage.
