This device features a 128-byte page write buffer, enabling efficient data storage with a maximum page write time of just 5 milliseconds. It supports both random and sequential read operations up to the full 512k memory boundary. For enhanced system integration, functional address lines allow up to eight devices to be cascaded on the same I²C bus, providing an addressable space of up to 4 megabits.
