The Microchip 8-Bit Flash MCU from the baseline PIC10 family delivers powerful performance with 200 nanosecond instruction execution, packaged within an easy-to-program CMOS flash-based architecture. Utilising a 12-bit program word and a robust PIC® RISC architecture, this microcontroller provides an optimal set of features for embedded applications.

It offers 384 bytes of addressable program memory and 16 bytes of data memory. The device includes 3 general-purpose I/O pins and a 2-channel 8-bit analog-to-digital (A/D) converter, making it highly versatile for various input and output requirements. Operating at a maximum frequency of 8MHz, it supports a wide operating voltage range from 2V to 5.5V.
