It is equipped with 2 comparators and 5 channels of 10-bit Analogue-to-Digital (A/D) converter, providing versatile analogue interfacing options.

The synchronous serial port can be configured as either a 3-wire Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) or a 2-wire Inter-Integrated Circuit (I²C) bus, alongside a Universal Asynchronous Receiver Transmitter (USART) for flexible communication. The device includes a 13-bit program counter capable of addressing an 8K word x 14-bit program memory space.
