An integrated circuit onboard provides comprehensive control, including gate and source buffers, timing logic, an oscillator, DC-DC conversion, and display RAM. Key features include an ultra-wide viewing angle, a hard-coat anti-glare surface for improved readability, and support for both landscape and portrait modes. The module operates on a 3.3V logic supply and communicates via a serial peripheral interface (SPI), simplifying integration into your design.
Ideal for commercial applications, the module supports a 0°C to 50°C temperature range and includes advanced functions like internal temperature sensing, supply voltage detection, and a deep sleep mode for minimal current draw. Waveform data is stored in on-chip OTP memory, and a 10-byte OTP space is available for module identification.
