Molex/BRAD 4-Way Micro-Change M12 Sensor Cable, Plug to Free End, 5 m

Molex/BRAD 4-Way Micro-Change M12 Sensor Cable is a 5 m sensor cable with a moulded M12 plug at one end and free, stripped conductors at the other, for connecting M12-compatible sensors in automation and control systems.

Overview

Designed for industrial environments, this 4-way cable transmits power and signal between sensing devices and the control system. The precision-moulded M12 plug provides strain relief and is described as offering protection against dust, moisture, and vibration. The plug-to-free-end configuration allows direct termination into terminal blocks, connectors, or control devices, depending on the application.

Key Features

• Moulded M12 plug at one end for a secure connection
• Free, stripped conductors at the other end for flexible termination
• 4-way configuration for power and signal transmission
• Micro-Change connector format, a compact, industry-standard design
• Total length of 5 m for routing within control panels or from the controller to sensor points
• Built to withstand the demands of automation systems, including vibration and environmental contaminants

Applications

Suitable for connecting proximity sensors, photoelectric cells, and other instrumentation within a control cabinet or on machinery. Typical application areas include factory automation, packaging lines, material handling, and process control.
