The Molex KK 254 Wire-to-Board Header is a 3-way, single-row, right-angle pin header designed for reliable board-to-board and wire-to-board connections. With a compact 2.54mm centreline pitch and the ability to deliver up to 5A and 250V per circuit, it is an ideal solution for a wide range of electronic applications.
This header features dual-cantilever terminals for secure contact, along with polarizing header backwalls and polarizing ribs on receptacles to ensure correct mating and prevent misalignment. The friction-lock design provides a stable connection, reducing the risk of accidental disconnection.
Constructed from a PA polyamide nylon housing with brass contacts and tin (Sn) plating, this connector offers good durability and conductivity. The unshrouded, through-hole right-angle termination style makes it easy to solder onto PCBs, saving space in compact designs.
