The Multicomp Pro IP65 Sealed Die Cast Aluminium Enclosure provides a robust and reliable housing solution for sensitive electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical assemblies in demanding commercial and industrial environments. Its die-cast aluminium construction offers exceptional durability and, crucially, provides effective electromagnetic interference (EMI) and radio frequency interference (RFI) shielding to protect internal components.

Designed to meet the IP65 ingress protection rating, this enclosure is completely dust-tight and protected against low-pressure water jets from any direction. This makes it suitable for use in areas where exposure to dust, dirt, and moisture is a concern. The enclosure body is finished in a professional grey colour, complementing its industrial-grade build quality.

A key design feature is that all wall mounting holes and lid fixing screws are located outside the primary sealed area. This ensures the integrity of the IP65 seal is maintained after installation and during any subsequent access. The lid incorporates a recessed neoprene gasket for a secure and reliable seal against the elements.

The enclosure base is intelligently designed with internally moulded bosses, allowing for the secure horizontal mounting of printed circuit boards (PCBs) or the connection of an earth grounding terminal. Additionally, internal guide slots are provided for the straightforward vertical mounting of PCB assemblies, offering versatile installation options within the 148mm x 108mm x 75mm internal space.

For user convenience, the screw holes for mounting the lid are roll-threaded for durability, and the lid is secured with captive, recessed screws that prevent loss and present a neat, finished appearance.
