Multicomp Pro Stackable 4mm Banana Plug Green

The Multicomp Pro Stackable 4mm Banana Plug is a green connector with a 30A current rating, designed for electrical and electronic applications. Its green colour aids quick identification and correct circuit connection during assembly and testing.

Overview

The plug features a nickel-plated beryllium copper spring, which provides conductivity and spring tension for a secure fit in 4mm sockets. The screw-type termination creates a secure, vibration-resistant connection to the cable, and the housing is constructed from PE (polyethylene), which offers insulation properties and mechanical strength.

Stackable Design

The stackable design allows multiple plugs to be connected in a daisy-chain configuration. This is suited to temporary test points, branching connections, and complex circuit configurations without additional adaptors or terminal blocks. The compact form factor suits crowded panels and equipment.

Ratings and Mounting

The plug is rated for 30A current and 30V voltage and is designed for cable mounting, providing a secure termination point for wiring. These ratings make it suitable for a range of low-voltage power and signal applications.

Applications

• Industrial control panels and machinery
• Laboratory test and measurement equipment
• Educational electronics and physics setups
• Communications and networking rack equipment
• Prototyping and development boards
• Power supply connections
• Audio and speaker connections in pro-audio environments
