It operates at a specific reset point of 140°C, opening or closing the circuit to control heating or cooling systems automatically. This normally closed (NC) switch is engineered for consistent performance with a contact rating of 10A at 250V, making it a robust component for demanding environments.

Crafted for durability and safety, the switch features a high-temperature resistant construction with materials including a brass stationary arm, a PF case and top cover, and an aluminium cap. The internal mechanism utilises a bimetal disc and an alloy copper movable arm for precise thermal response. A steel reset pin with a nickel plating and a ceramic actuator pin ensure long-term reliability.
