This transistor array is designed for a wide range of general purpose switching and amplification applications, delivering reliable performance while minimising board space and component count.
The device features low collector capacitance and low collector-emitter saturation voltage, ensuring efficient operation. Its closely matched current gain makes it ideal for circuits where consistent performance is critical. By integrating two complementary transistors in one package, it reduces the number of components and board space required, and the arrangement ensures no mutual interference between the transistors.
This NPN-PNP pair offers a maximum collector-base voltage of 80V and a maximum total power dissipation of 300mW at an ambient temperature of 25°C.
