This construction provides excellent electrical isolation while enabling high-density PCB designs, eliminating the need for traditional through-board mounting.
Engineered for performance, the device offers closely matched current transfer ratios (CTR) between channels and a guaranteed minimum collector-emitter voltage (BVCEO) of 70V.
