The ONSEMI general-purpose phototransistor optocoupler features a through-hole mounting type in a 6-pin DIP package. It consists of a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a silicon phototransistor, providing reliable electrical isolation between input and output circuits.
This optocoupler offers a minimum current transfer ratio (CTR) of 100% at an input forward current (IF) of 10mA and a collector-emitter voltage (Vce) of 10V. It supports a maximum forward current (If) of 60mA and provides a robust isolation voltage of 7.5kV (4.17KVAC). The device is rated for a collector-emitter breakdown voltage (V(br)ceo) of 30V and operates reliably across a wide temperature range from -40°C to 100°C. It has compact dimensions of 43 mm in height, 33 mm in width, and 15 mm in depth.
