The SparkFun Buck Regulator Breakout Board is a compact and efficient power regulation solution built around the AP63203 2A synchronous buck converter. Designed for versatility, this breakout board offers a wide input voltage range (3.8V to 32V) with a fixed 3.3V output, making it suitable for various applications requiring stable power conversion.
- Efficient power conversion: Fully integrated 125mΩ high-side and 68mΩ low-side MOSFETs ensure optimal efficiency in step-down DC/DC conversion. * Enhanced EMI reduction: The Frequency Spread Spectrum (FSS) technology minimises electromagnetic interference (EMI) for cleaner power delivery. * Durable thermal management: A copper pad on the back of the board acts as an effective heat sink, improving thermal dissipation for prolonged use.
Installation flexibility: Multiple connection options, including screw terminals, solder pads for a barrel jack, or PTH (plated through-hole), ensure compatibility with different setups. The compact 25.4 × 25.4mm size makes it easy to integrate into tight spaces.
