High-precision TE Connectivity axial resistor, 110 Ohm, 0.25W, ±0.1% tolerance. For stable performance in test equipment & analogue circuits.
The TE Connectivity R Series Through Hole Resistor is a high-precision metal film fixed component designed for applications demanding exceptional accuracy and long-term stability. Its resistive element consists of a thin film of nickel-chrome alloy deposited onto a high thermal conductivity ceramic core, ensuring reliable performance and efficient heat dissipation.
Constructed for durability, the resistor features metal end caps force-fitted to the element prior to being spiralled to the precise value. Tinned copper lead wires are welded to these end caps, and the component is then protected with a robust coating system: one coat of phenolic resin followed by three coats of epoxy resin. This construction guarantees excellent stability under load and in severe environmental conditions.
Key Features & Benefits
This precision resistor is particularly suited for use in test and measurement equipment, medical devices, precision analogue circuitry, and any application where component reliability and exact values are critical.
