The Texas Instruments TPS22810 is an advanced, single-channel, high-side power load switch designed for robust electronic system control. It integrates key features for safe and efficient power management, operating seamlessly across an input voltage range of 2.7 V to 18 V and supporting a maximum continuous current of 2 A. At its core is an N-channel MOSFET with a low on-state resistance of just 79 mΩ, which minimises power loss and voltage drop, enhancing overall system efficiency.
