The LM4040-N utilises fuse and zener-zap reverse breakdown voltage trim during wafer sort, ensuring prime parts achieve an accuracy better than ±0.1% (A grade) at 25°C. The bandgap reference temperature drift curvature correction and low dynamic impedance guarantee stable reverse breakdown voltage accuracy across a broad temperature and current range.
This voltage reference comes in a compact SOT-23 package and is qualified to AEC-Q100 grades 1 and 3, making it suitable for demanding automotive applications.
