Timco Medium Tee Hinges - Black, 16 Inch (Pair)
Durable carbon steel tee hinges for gates/sheds. Epoxy black finish, 40kg capacity. Fixings included.
The Timco Medium Tee Hinges are ideal for medium-weight gates, shed, and garage doors in domestic settings. Made from durable carbon steel with an epoxy black finish, they provide long-lasting performance and resist rust and corrosion.
Key Features
- Fits Gates/Doors: Suited for gates/doors 800–1200mm wide (check size appropriateness)
- Max Weight Capacity: Supports up to 40kg per hinge (for optimal performance, install a third hinge for doors/gates exceeding 2130mm/7ft in height to prevent warping)
- Included Fixings: Comes with all necessary fixings for easy installation.
While strong, these hinges are not structural, so consider additional reinforcement or extra hinges for very heavy-duty applications. Proper installation is crucial—ensure that the hinges are fitted securely and evenly spaced for balanced door movement.
These hinges are a practical choice for homeowners looking for reliable, durable hardware for everyday use.
