The VISHAY ES1D-E3/5AT is a high-performance surface mount ultrafast rectifier diode, designed for efficient power management in modern electronic applications. The diode is housed in a DO-214AC (SMA) case with a flame-rated moulding compound (UL94V-0) and matte tin-plated lead terminals. The colour band clearly indicates the cathode end for easy identification during assembly, making it perfect for automated placement processes.
