The WINSTAR WH2004A-YYH-JT is a 20x4 character LCD display module featuring a vibrant yellow/green backlight. Engineered with a built-in ST7066U controller IC, this module provides a straightforward parallel interface (6800 4/8-bit) and is designed for clear, reliable character display in a wide range of applications.

This display uses STN (Super Twisted Nematic) technology in positive transflective mode, ensuring good visibility in both ambient light and with the backlight active. The module supports a 1/16 duty cycle and offers an optional negative voltage for +3V power supply, suitable for low-power designs. The display features a 5x8 dot character cell with a built-in cursor, and supports English, Euro and Japanese font sets.
