Bartoline Pure Turpentine 250ml

Bartoline Pure Turpentine is a premium, naturally derived solvent, widely favoured by artists and decorators for its effectiveness and traditional qualities. This 250ml bottle provides the perfect balance of quality and convenience for small-scale projects, studio work, or for artists on the move.

Manufactured from the pure distillate exuded from pine trees, it is an organic solvent with a classic profile. It is particularly valued for use with oil-based paints, where it excels as both a reliable thinner and an efficient cleaner for brushes and tools. Its ability to properly dilute oils without compromising colour integrity or drying characteristics makes it a staple in any painter's toolkit.

Ideal for fine artists, students, and hobbyists, this turpentine helps to achieve the desired paint consistency for techniques like glazing or detail work. After a painting session, it effectively cuts through and removes stubborn oil paint from bristles, palettes, and other equipment, aiding in their preservation.
