IDEAL-TEK PunchMaster II Impact Punch Down Tool

The IDEAL-TEK PunchMaster II Impact Punch Down Tool is a professional-grade tool designed for terminating voice and data conductors to networking and telecommunications equipment. It includes both 110 (networking/data) and 66 (telecommunications/voice) blades, and additional blade types are available separately.

The tool features an impact-style design with a spring-loaded internal mechanism that delivers a surge of additional force to seat and cut conductors with less effort from the user. You can select between HI and LO settings: the LO setting is ideal for sensitive equipment such as circuit board posts, while the HI setting delivers a stronger punch for better seating and cutting.

Key Benefits

• Spring-loaded impact termination seats and cuts wires with minimal effort.
• Cushioned end cap and body grip absorb impact forces, reducing operator fatigue.
• Adjustable high/low actuation accommodates different termination requirements and user preference.
• Turn-Lock™ Style blade holding design keeps blades aligned and secure, with the cutting side always oriented to the orange half of the tool for easy identification.

Convenience

A spare 110 or 66 blade can be stored in the top of the tool. Blades are released by pressing the blade release button and turning the tool upside down. The tool is suitable for Cat 3/5e/6/6A conductors and multi-pair telephone wires.
