Infineon CAN Transceiver, 1 Mbaud, SOIC-8

The Infineon CAN Transceiver is a high-speed interface device optimised for differential mode data transmission in automotive and industrial applications. Fully compatible with ISO 11898, it functions as a reliable interface between the CAN protocol controller and the physical differential bus, supporting both 12V and 24V systems.

Built on smart power technology (SPT), this transceiver allows bipolar and CMOS control circuitry to coexist with DMOS power devices within a monolithic circuit. It is specifically designed to withstand severe automotive conditions and delivers excellent electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) performance, characterised by very high immunity and very low emission.
