Keysight Technologies Passive Oscilloscope Probe 10:1 75MHz

The Keysight Technologies Passive Oscilloscope Probe provides a switchable 10:1 / 1:1 attenuation and up to 75MHz bandwidth, addressing a wide range of measurement needs with low probe loading. It features a high input resistance of 10Mohm (switchable to 1Mohm) to ensure accurate signal capture across various applications.

For optimal measurements, the probe can be adjusted for both low-frequency and high-frequency compensation. This allows you to match the probe's characteristics directly to your oscilloscope, ensuring precise and reliable readings every time.

Compatibility and Design

This probe is specifically designed for use with Keysight InfiniiVision Series oscilloscopes featuring a 1Mohm input, including the EDUX1002A/G and DSOX1102A/G Digital Storage Oscilloscopes. Please note that the BNC connector of this probe features a pin hole without a pin; this is intentional as per the design and does not indicate any damage or fault in the probe.
