Security Hasp & Staple Set

A Security Hasp & Staple Set provides a fundamental hardware solution for securing doors, gates, chests, and cabinets. This product is designed to be paired with a padlock to prevent unauthorised access to the protected item. The robust construction offers reliable, long-term performance for a variety of domestic and light commercial applications.

Key Features

• Offers a simple and effective locking mechanism when used with a suitable padlock.
• Ideal for adding security to storage units, sheds, lockers, and gates.
• Manufactured from durable materials designed to withstand regular use and resist tampering.

Applications

Installation is typically straightforward, requiring only basic tools. The hasp (the hinge plate) is attached to the fixed frame, while the staple (the loop) is fixed to the door or lid. When the door is closed, the staple aligns with the hasp, allowing a padlock to be passed through and secured. This set is suitable for securing wooden, metal, or composite surfaces.

For optimal security, ensure all fixing points are reinforced and that the chosen padlock is of a quality and size appropriate for the specific application and level of protection required.
