STMICROELECTRONICS LM317LD13TR Linear Voltage Regulator, SOIC-8, 200mA

The STMICROELECTRONICS LM317LD13TR is a positive adjustable voltage regulator designed to deliver up to 200mA of load current with an output voltage adjustable over a 1.2V to 37V range. The nominal output voltage is selected by means of only a resistive divider, making the device exceptionally easy to use and eliminating the need to stock multiple fixed regulators.

Key features include 0.01% typical line regulation and 0.1% typical load regulation, ensuring stable performance. The device offers thermal overload protection and short-circuit protection for enhanced reliability. Its floating operation capability supports high voltage applications, while output transition safe area compensation protects the regulator during dynamic load changes.

Applications

This regulator is ideal for power management tasks in various electronic systems, including consumer electronics, industrial controls, and embedded designs. Its adjustable output and robust protection features make it a versatile choice for engineers seeking a dependable voltage regulation solution.
