Timco Exterior Multi-Purpose Cleaner Concentrate 1L

The Timco Exterior Multi-Purpose Cleaner Concentrate is a powerful and versatile cleaning solution designed to tackle a wide range of dirt, grime, and organic growth on external surfaces. Its effective formula removes algae, mould, fungi, and general dirt build-up from materials including PVCu, hard plastics, glass, rubber, and metal, restoring surfaces to a clean and shiny finish.

The cleaner is pH neutral and biodegradable, making it safe for use on delicate plastics and rubbers without causing damage. It contains carnauba wax, which not only cleans but also leaves a protective, shiny layer that helps repel future dirt. An anti-static agent is included to significantly reduce the rate at which dirt and grime re-adheres to treated surfaces, ensuring longer-lasting cleanliness with less frequent cleaning required.

Easy and Efficient Use

Supplied in a convenient 1-litre bottle with an easy-to-use 40-dose dispensing system, this concentrate is both economical and simple to apply. One 25ml dose dilutes with water to make 10 litres of ready-to-use cleaning solution. The built-in water softener enhances performance in hard water areas and helps prevent streaking and spotting for a flawless, streak-free finish every time.

Ideal Applications

This multi-purpose cleaner is perfect for a variety of exterior cleaning tasks. It is ideal for cleaning conservatories, greenhouses, windows, roof lights, and flat roofs. Its versatility also extends to cleaning caravans, site cabins, and general exterior building surfaces.
