These triggers provide logic-compatible waveforms, eliminating the need for additional wave-shaping and simplifying circuit design.
This optocoupler boasts a minimum common mode rejection of 10kV/µs at VCM=1000V, ensuring robust signal integrity in noisy environments. It supports a wide operating VCC range from 4.5V to 20V, offering flexibility for various applications. With a propagation delay of 300ns over the full temperature range and a typical signal rate of 5Mbaud, it delivers fast and consistent data transmission.
