Dormer A002 HSS-TiN Coated Jobber Drill Bits, 5mm, Pack of 2
Dormer A002 HSS-TiN coated jobber drill bits for precision metal drilling. 5mm bits in a pouch of 2. TiN coating extends tool life.
The Dormer A002 Metric HSS-TiN Coated Jobber Drill Bits offer exceptional performance with their advanced design and premium coating. Each drill bit features a pointed web and fluted tip design for efficient cutting, reducing axial force while maintaining accurate centring. The optimised web design enhances strength and rigidity, improving feed efficiency during drilling.
These bits also include visible, tool-in-situ markings for easy identification. The optimised helix angle provides greater stiffness across the diameter range, making them ideal for precision drilling. The bright body design improves cutting performance on ductile materials, while the Titanium Nitride (TiN) coating resists flank and crater wear, ensuring extended tool life. The low friction coating also allows for increased cutting speeds.
