Dormer Solid Carbide Rotary Burr - 16mm Cylinder with End Cut
High-performance Dormer carbide rotary burr (16mm) for precision machining, metal removal & deburring. Tough steel shank & double-cut teeth.
The Dormer P803 Solid Carbide Bright Rotary Burr is a high-performance rotary tool designed for precision metalwork and general machining applications. Its cylinder with end cut and double-cut teeth enhances control, increases metal removal rates, and breaks swarf into manageable pieces for efficient material handling.
Made from solid carbide, this burr offers exceptional durability, impact strength, and heat resistance, ensuring reliable performance under high forces and temperatures. The toughened and hardened steel shank provides rigidity and strength, reducing vibrations and bending for extended tool life. Precision-ground to h6 (carbide) and h7 (steel) tolerances, it guarantees consistent results in demanding applications.
Key Features:
- Solid carbide construction for superior wear resistance and longevity.
- Double-cut design for efficient material removal and swarf control.
