The Everbuild Sika Everflex® 450 Builders Silicone Sealant is a premium low modulus, oxime cure RTV silicone sealant designed for professional and DIY use. It adheres effortlessly to both porous and non-porous surfaces without requiring a primer, making it versatile and convenient. Conforming to BS5889, this high-viscosity sealant offers excellent tooling properties and cures quickly to form a permanently flexible, waterproof, and high-strength seal.
One of its standout features is its low dirt pick-up, ensuring a cleaner appearance over time compared to conventional sealants. Once cured, it forms a tight, rubber-like seal that remains flexible, accommodating movement without cracking or losing adhesion.
