Faithfull Aluminium Oxide Flap Disc 125x22mm, 120 Grit
High-performance Faithfull flap disc (125x22mm, 120 grit) for fast stock removal on steel & alloys. Cooler, quieter, & longer-lasting.
The Faithfull Aluminium Oxide Flap Disc is engineered for heavy-duty applications, designed to deliver fast stock removal with minimal risk of gouging or discolouration. Its 72-flap layered construction ensures efficient material removal while maintaining a cooler and quieter operation compared to traditional grinding discs, reducing vibration and glazing.
Featuring a lightweight design, this flap disc helps reduce operator fatigue and enhances control, resulting in a more consistent surface finish. The self-sharpening flaps extend the disc's lifespan—up to 30 times longer than standard fibre discs—minimising downtime due to frequent replacements.
The slightly conical shape is optimised for grinding at 15-25 degree angles on contoured surfaces, making it versatile for a variety of applications. Suitable for use with angle grinders, it excels at smooth grinding of mild steel, carbon steel, and alloys.
Key features include:
- Long-lasting aluminium oxide abrasive
- Reduced vibration and operator fatigue
- Works at 15-25 degree angles for contour grinding
